Channel & Partner Manager - Contribute to shaping and implementing our channel strategy

Do you want to be a part of a new established team and work with business-critical activities? We are currently seeking a strategic and commercially savvy professional to steer and develop our channels and partnerships in our B2C business in Norlys Energi.
Part of a new established team
In Norlys Energi we develop value-creating electricity and gas products for private customers in Denmark. You will be part of the Business Management team which covers Performance Management, Value Management, Channel Management. It is a new established team in our Commercial Management function; hence you will be given a unique opportunity to help form both the role and the team. The team plays a pivotal role in delivering on our strategic ambitions and meeting our financial targets.

Responsible for channel strategy and development
You will step into a pivotal role as Channel & Partner Manager where you are given the responsibility to set the strategic direction for our Channel and Partner setup in B2C. Moreover, you will be given the responsibility to execute the strategy and secure our channel performance ambitions are met. In this role, you will coordinate and drive our selection of new partnerships, through strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will have a close collaboration with our Telco function in steering and developing partnerships. Lastly you will play a central role in forecasting, budget planning and monitoring performance.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
• Responsible for steering channel performance and securing sales targets
• Responsible for channel & partner strategy
• Designing and implementing strategies for selling electricity & gas offerings to B2C customers
• Participate in cross-organisational sales activities to enhance our sales performance
• Managing and developing existing partners and exploring new partnerships
Success through commercial disciplines
You probably have a relevant master’s degree combined with experience with Channel Management and Commercial Management. We consider it a significant advantage if you have experience working with subscription models.

• A commercial and analytic mindset that enables to work strategic, tactical and operational
• Self-drive with and determination, complemented by a holistic perspective
• Ability to transform complex tasks into tangible solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills that enable interaction with all levels in the organisation
• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong execution engine
• Strong numeracy and experienced Excel user
• Fluency in English both spoken and written.
