Senior Manager, Transformation Office, Strategy & Transformation – redefine how we play the energy and telco market

Strengthen the foundation of our dedicated Transformation Office

You will be part of Norlys Energi’s Strategy & Transformation team and lead a strong team of 5 Project Leaders and 1 PMO Specialist, while closely collaborating with other functions and business lines.

At Norlys we want to drive a holistic transformation agenda. You will work closely with various functions across Norlys, including a close collaboration with the Strategy team and Change Managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution.

Create impact on our business transformation

In this role, you will oversee key business development and transformation projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and drive impact across the organization.

Your future tasks and core responsibility:

• Lead and develop a team of Project Leaders and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Provide sparring and support on projects to ensure we implement the most important priorities to deliver Norlys' strategic goals.
• Ensure a strong PMO setup to oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely portfolio delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in and support on transformation initiatives.

We are looking for someone with just the right set of leadership capabilities, project management experience and mindset to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement of our transformation agenda within the Norlys Energi organization.

Competences to make a difference at Norlys

An understanding of and experience with leading a transformation agenda and stakeholder management is important. You are capable of – and comfortable with – being both a people leader and a strong project manager empowering and developing teams, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

We envisage that you:

• have 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar role in the industry, with a proven track record in leading strategy and transformation projects
• have excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• have an analytical and strategic mindset to work with complex problems and set a clear direction.
• have stellar communication skills to influence and engage people around you
• hold a relevant master’s degree within business administration, economics, finance, or a related field
• It’s a plus but not a requirement to have energy- or telco experience.
