What will you do | balance legal and commercial considerations
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle using Sirion as the enabling system. You will play a vital part in ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in contract administration while fostering strong vendor partnerships and optimizing contract outcomes. Positioned within the Sourcing and Procurement team, you will report to the Center of Excellence (CoE) and implement and refine contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes across the organization.
- Develop and implement CLM strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Advocate for CLM best practices and drive organizational adoption through training and engagement.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and favorable terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, finance, and business divisions.
- Lead audits, performance assessments, and change management initiatives to enhance CLM capabilities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Shared Service Centers and system suppliers, to optimize CLM tools and processes.
Who are you | Passionate contract expert who drives value through contracts
You have experience in contract lifecycle management and strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive and analytical mindset, along with:
- Strong understanding of CLM systems and tools.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives within a complex organizational setting.
- Legal or economic background (Master of Laws, Master of Business Administration in Law, Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or similar) or a related field; advanced certifications in contract management preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance legal and commercial considerations.
