If so, we have an opportunity where you will be responsible for leading and executing sourcing activities.
Strong Team Spirit and High Professionalism
You will be part of the Procurement team in Norlys A/S, working alongside approximately 20 dedicated and competent colleagues. The team is diverse, including Category Managers, Sourcing Specialists, Coordinators, Commercial law and more. Our leadership is characterized by freedom with responsibility, with a strong emphasis on well-being and development.
The team is part of 'Supply Chain & Facility Management' at Norlys A/S, and your workplace will be in Aalborg, Aarhus, Silkeborg, or Copenhagen. On the days we are not in the office, we work either from home or from our other locations across Denmark.
You are responsible for tenders and your own purchasing areas
Depending on your experience and skills, you will be responsible for conducting RFx processes, managing your own projects from start to finish with support from the team. In addition, you will be responsible for the development of procurement strategies and action plans within specific areas and categories. You will be responsible for handling your own procurement areas and it is also expected that you can manage procurement projects across categories. Your primary tasks will be centered around the following:
- Strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supplier development
- Sparring with the business and Category Managers on commercial decisions
- Supplier negotiations and drafting of supplier contracts
- Stakeholder Management
- Participation in weekly category meetings where priorities and knowledge are shared
- Various administrative tasks
Experience with strategic procurement or recent graduate
You ideally have a master's degree or a professional background within sourcing. Maybe you have spent the last few years as a strategic sourcing specialist or sourcing manager and are seeking to explore new opportunities. Alternatively, you are a recent graduate, have a commercial interest, and see this as an exciting opportunity to intensively develop your skills in strategic procurement.
