You will become part of the Digital Transformation Office headed up by Nicolai Karger and we have set the bar high with our innovative approach to change and continuous improvement. We are a team of diverse profiles and together we will kickstart something that can transform our way of working and thinking digitally in Norlys. 
 
As an Agile Coach, you will be key in helping teams and leaders across the organization to embrace agility and develop a mindset for collaboration and continuous improvement. 
 
Your day starts by guiding a product line adapting to new ways of working. You ask the right questions, encourage open dialogue, and help them find solutions. Small shifts today create lasting impact tomorrow. Throughout the day you will provide ongoing support to scrum masters, teams and leaders who are in their early phases of transformation. You will be mentoring, teaching, facilitating and coaching to deepen these teams’ and leader teams’ agility.  
 
About you  
You understand that Agile is about people, not just frameworks. You thrive in complexity, seeing change as an opportunity to create something better. We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of and solid experience with Agile thinking and acting on all levels of the organization. You have a strategic mentality with the ability to challenge assumptions, question status quo and dive deep into the "why". You listen deeply, and when you speak, it’s to empower those around you. We have teams across Denmark, so we expect you to have experience in designing, facilitating, and driving workshops with larger groups and across teams – in both physical, hybrid, and virtual contexts. 
 
The most important thing is that you are committed and community oriented. Your approach is empathetic and collaborative, guiding individuals and teams to find solutions that are uniquely suited to them.
