With Norlys acquiring Telia Mobil Denmark, we have started the organizational, technical and commercial merger of the two companies and are changing both systems, processes and our way of working as we grow.

Your new team

You will become part of the services team at Networks & Infrastructure, which is set to expand to 8-12 colleagues by 2025. The team plays a pivotal role in delivering competitive telco network services in a dynamic industry.

Your role

We are seeking experienced Technical Product Managers with strong business acumen who can confidently navigate the intersection of finance, business, organization, and technology.

You may prefer to work either upstream, closely with our platform teams implementing network services, or downstream supporting our product teams in consuming these services. In 2025, the primary focus will be upstream.

As a Technical Product Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Owning a portfolio of network services
• Driving requirements management toward platform teams
• Implementing network services
• Performing life cycle management of network services
• Ensuring process and cost-to-serve optimization
• Building, maintaining, and extending the service catalogue

Our team covers fixed, mobile, network, IoT and value added services for B2C, B2B, and wholesale. We also provide internet and telephony services, and are accountable for interconnect, transit, peering, and roaming services.

Essential skills and experience

We seek a professional with a solid educational background, holding a bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as Economics and Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science. Alternatively, a substantial amount of experience from many years in Telco.

You will bring to the team:

• A blend of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit
• A proven track record from a similar role at a European telco operator or IT systems integrator
• A thorough understanding of the telco domain and knowledge of frameworks and standards typically used by telco operators (ITIL, TM Forum, etc.)
• A strong preference for structure, processes, and standards
• Broad technical understanding and the ability to engage with platform owners
• Solid understanding of IT service architecture, telco and IP-network architecture

Desirable Knowledge:

• Experience with project management
• Experience with Solution Design
• Experience with agile frameworks, product ownership and/or business ownership

Additional Information

As Norlys is predominantly Danish-speaking, with a growing number of non-Danish-speaking colleagues, English proficiency is increasingly important. You can work at either our Aarhus or Copenhagen office, but you must expect to spend 1-4 days per month traveling between the offices. You must be eligible for vetting by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service (FE) and maintain security clearance throughout your employment.
